[The custodian performs a range of janitorial and maintenance tasks needed to maintain the desired appearance and condition of the churchs buildings and grounds. - Keeping the campus buildings and property in clean and orderly condition
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Performing periodic heavy cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Preparing facility for daily and Sunday use.
- Working with staff and volunteers to main safe, secure, and attractive grounds.
- Properly preparing and using power equipment and cleaning solutions, according to instructions.
- Notifying the supervisor of needed supplies, repairs, and problem areas.
- Other duties as assigned
