Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the wine industry? We are seeking an Associate Contract Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing over 3,000 contracts across diverse domains. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our business functions while serving as a vital liaison between various departments and Corporate Counsel.

As an Associate Contract Administrator, you will be integral to our contract management process. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and tracking contract documentation, assisting with confidentiality and master contract agreements, and ensuring compliance with document retention policies. You will be involved in contract preparation, managing file systems, and notifying management about contract expirations and renewals.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic environments and enjoy a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining computerized files, monitoring contracts throughout their lifecycle, and initiating follow-up communications. Your attention to detail will be essential as you review project information, determine appropriate document sets, and facilitate contract issues with various stakeholders, including business units, compliance teams, legal advisors, and external parties.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of experience in contract administration, legal, or compliance or a Paralegal certification plus 1 years of experience in contract administration, legal, or compliance reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of experience in contract administration, legal, or compliance reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Computer skill requirements include: MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Previous office experience required.

  • Experience using discretion with confidential information.

  • Skilled in solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Skilled in interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in contract administration, legal, or compliance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration plus 2 years of experience reviewing contracts, contract administration or engaging in the work of Paralegal reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Computer skill knowledge includes: MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and easily adaptable to other in-house software applications.

  • Experience working in a team-oriented atmosphere.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience with working as a team player

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $24.18 -$36.30/ Hour

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
