VectorCSP H-60 Pilot Simulator Instructor in Mobile, Alabama
VectorCSP is looking for an experienced Pilot H-60 Instructor to support Training Analysis Support Services (TASS) in Elizabeth City, NC.

Job Summary:
The USCG provides training, education, and development programs to its personnel to meet the needs of its active duty , reserve, and civilian workforce. This position will provide instructional services to meet the Coast Guard's unique needs in support H-60 Pilot instruction / activities .
Education and Experience:
R equires m ilitary aircraft standardization Instructor Pilot or military Flight Examiner designation obtained within the past ten (10) years in aircraft type
Five (5) years' experience as a U.S. Coast Guard (or U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, or other government equivalents ) MH-60T or equivalent H-60 Instructor Pilot.
Two (2) years' experience providing formal classroom instruction in concepts, principals, and methods relating to flight instructional systems.
Two (2) years' experience providing instruction, demonstration, and evaluation of pilot performance in a military aircraft environment, including radio communication procedures, VFR/IFR flight techniques, Air Traffic Control operations, FAA military rules and regulations, emergency procedures, night vision goggle flight procedures, Coast Guard airframe weight and balance systems, and airframe system nomenclature and operation.
Shall have experience in performing Instructional Systems Development tasks IAW USCG and Division SOPs - Examples include, but are not limited to: Presentations, Student Guides, Instructor Guides, Job Aids, Training Aids (Visual aids, job sheets, homework), Student Knowledge and Skill Evaluation
Shall have experience using computer-based training aids, simulators, on aircraft systems, and providing instructor led training, as well as complete post course critique assessment for course improvements.
Experience with USCG performance analysis, instruction al design development (analysis, design, development, implantation , and evaluation), training support services and training deliver y is highly desired.
Essential Duties:
Provide expert skills and knowledge to deliver instruction to students
Ensure students achieve the necessary skills mandated by course curricula and successfully meet course objectives
May be required to evaluate students' performance by verifying their understanding of the course material, competency of learned skills, and their ability to demonstrate applied knowledge
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
Proficiency in developing written documents and briefing materials
Experience supporting school/learning environments
Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and deliver
Ability to write technically
Ability to work within a team and solve problems collectively
Ability to communicate at all levels of command chain
