In the role of Field Support Technician 1 you'll play a pivotal part on our Production team.
This position contributes to our vision by:
Support airframe OEM in troubleshooting and resolving non-conformance conditions including troubleshooting, repair, modification, and testing of noted Cabin products
Support implementation of service bulletins
Provide clear communication to OEM personnel regarding concerns, questions, and function of products
Meet all OEM airframe policies and procedures while fulfilling assignment
Serve as Quality representative designee
Use precision test equipment, including those used to diagnose and perform functional tests on components and assemblies
Complete repair records or other paper work associated with product support activities
Complete and apply all training required by the product OEM
Perform shop reworks
Assists in off-wing or aircraft work on demand

The expected salary range for this position is between $14.74 - $23.17/hour USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 0 – 2080 hrs (approx.1 year) in manufacturing
Computer Skills: Basic Computer Skills
Other Skills:
Performs work under direct supervision.
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
Applies decisions
Follows defined priorities
Basic ability to use and read measuring devices, calipers, pneumatic hand tools, trim tools.
-Ability to read and write English at a comprehensive level necessary for successful job performance.
- Good hand / eye coordination required.
