Pay/Salary is based on relevant experience.

Oral Arts is a full-service, family-owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and immediately need an Administrative Assistant.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promptly greet visitors and ensure they are signed in and routed to their respective locations; maintain the Visitor Log.
  • Coordinate case pickup calls and direct case pickup information to the appropriate party/driver; maintain a log of case pickups.
  • Assist the Accounting Department with month-end job tasks.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and overnight packages; sort and distribute all mail to appropriate individuals and departments.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings.
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Print, mail, fax, scan, copy, laminate, staple, fold, sort, file, type, and other related tasks for administrative personnel and other company staff as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required experience:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required
  • 1 to 2 years of directly related experience is preferred
  • Must have a working knowledge of desktop applications including Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as an individual work environment

Pay/Salary is based on relevant experience.
