Pay and Benefits:

    The Vital Role You’ll Have:

As a Project Coordinator for the R&D Team, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing R&D projects from inception to completion. Using strong interpersonal skills, you will lead R&D projects from start to finish, facilitating smooth collaboration and coordination across teams. You will develop and refine processes to streamline project planning, tracking, and management, ideally relying on LEAN Six Sigma, Agile, and/or Stage Gate tools and principles. With your attention to detail, you will create and maintain meticulous records and documentation to support project success, keeping key stakeholders informed on project status, timelines, and deliverables along the way. As a Project Coordinator for R&D, you will also support critical sourcing, testing, prototyping, and formulation work, help us identify and pursue opportunities for process efficiencies, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

What You Need:

Preference is given to candidates who live in Moab, Utah, or the surrounding area. A flexible schedule may be considered for the right candidate. In addition to location, you will need to have the following:

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management.

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Obsessive organization and attention to detail.

  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively.

  • Effective consensus-building and leadership skills across functional areas.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

    Bonus Points for:

  • A bachelor’s degree or college coursework

  • PMP or a similar certification
