Job Summary:
The LTC-Residential Assistant is accountable for assisting with personal care to residents in accordance with their care plan.
Follows proper procedure in performing medication administration according to policy and procedure.
Performs housekeeping duties to maintain a sanitary, orderly and attractive environment.
Education and/or Experience/Licensure
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Basic Life Support Certification required within six (6) months of hire.
Completion of medication administration training required with six (6) months of hire.
Work Schedule
Day/Evening/Night Shift, every third weekend, every third holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
6:00am-2:30pm
2:00pm-10:30pm
10:30pm-6:00am
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$18.25 - $24.00 per hour
