Aerotek Machine Operator in Mitchell, South Dakota
Machine Operator- $4,000 sign on bonus- Weekly Pay
Pay: $20-$22/hr
Hours: We offer multiple shifts!
Join our team as a Machine Operator and contribute to the production of high-quality packaging solutions! You will play a crucial role in setting up and operating press machinery, ensuring the quality of the products, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
Responsibilities:
Set up materials for the press operation machines.
Monitor the output of products from the machines.
Alert maintenance if there are issues with the machine output.
Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
We offer a COMPETITIVE SIGN ON BONUS OF $4,000, paid out in increments of $1,000 every three months during your first year. After permanent hire, expect pay increases, along with a shift differential for night shifts. We value our contractors and provide raises for outstanding performance even during the contract period.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
