Ultralife Corporation Excell - Customer Service Representative in Missouri City, Texas
Excell Battery is a manufacturer of specialty battery packs for industrial applications including Oil and Gas Drilling. We’re seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Order Entry: Enter Customer Purchase orders into ERP system
Logistics Coordinator: Work with shipping and production to schedule, coordinate, and expedite customer orders including working with various freight forwarders to ship products around the world.
Invoicing: Invoice orders as they are shipped to customers
Administration Duties: Other duties as required to maintain excellent customer service
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including outside sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on unresolved issues and customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using ERP software, email, and other office tools.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Attributes: Patient, empathetic, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
