Providence Senior Cardiovascular Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab in Missoula, Montana
Description
Assists with the performance of a variety of technical procedures including but not limited to percutaneous diagnostic and interventional cardiac\vascular procedures and open surgical procedures under the direct supervision of a physician. Participates in all daily duties necessary to perform high-quality patient care and imaging within the Cath\Diagnostic Imaging Department. Responsible for obtaining optimal radiographs and assisting the physician in an aseptic environment.

Required qualifications:
Coursework/Training and Graduate of a two-year invasive cardiovascular program Or
Coursework/Training and Successful completion of a formal Radiologic Technologist program with emphasis in Cardiovascular training. Or
Coursework/Training and applicable training/experience that allowed for obtaining the National RCIS, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, by challenging the RCIS exam through the CCI, Cardiovascular Credentialing International under the CCI OJT (on the job training Pathway) from 2011/2012 and sunset in 2013.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or
Upon hire: National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International Or
Upon hire: Montana Radiologic Technologist AND Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
4 years of Interventional Cardiac, Electrophysiology or Interventional Radiology experience.
