Job Description
The IKO Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail-oriented, customer-centric, and team-building focused Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. Our Global IT team plays a critical role in ensuring solutions development and delivery excellence and an engaging customer experience while demonstrating IKO's Values of Sharing Knowledge, Integrity, Long-Term Thinking, Performance, Humility, and Agility. The Senior Salesforce Project Manager role will lead & directly run multiple key initiatives within the Global IT group.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
Planning, executing and controlling all project management activities including scope management, requirements management, coordinating technical design and development teams, testing, communication management, issue/ risk management, budget and resource management.
Provide leadership in PM processes and best practices to IT team members.
Ensures information and operational issues concerning project status(schedules, deliverables, costs, risks, issues) passes to-and-from stake holders, project team, and management.
Own complete project life cycle from definition to completion including deploying sustainable support models.
Demonstrate an excellent ability to communicate, lead and influence teams that do not directly report to PM.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
8-10+ years’ experience in IT project management, PMP certified.
3-5+ years’ experience managing Salesforce projects.
Proficient in project management practices, a highly effective communicator and experienced in dealing with managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
Industrial Manufacturing, Building Supply sector experience an asset
Strong understanding of Enterprise applications including ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Salesforce Sales cloud/Service Cloud, Enterprise Content Management and Collaboration, Financial/Corporate Performance Management, BI & Analytics, B2B and B2C E-commerce, Web / Digital Marketing platforms, Portals, Social and Mobile Applications.
Experienced with the use of PPM tools, such as Planview.
Experienced with managing deployments of externally procured solutions, or development through the deployment of in-house built solutions.
Working project experience in global companies across various time zones.
WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
- Travel estimated at 10%, within North America and Europe
