Reyes Holdings Finance Administrator in Mississauga, Ontario

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Finance Administrator will be a key part of our Finance team. Utilizing strong time management, critical thinking, and communication, this role supports key Finance processes and administration.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Processing of invoices across all business units in Canada

  • Managing the administration of our expense reporting system + process (Concur)

  • Assist the Financial Reporting teams in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks + functions including ad-hoc analysis

  • Account reconciliations

  • Supporting the monthly fuel reporting process – including validating fuel spend and ensuring audits at the regional level are being performed

  • Ensure the operations follow all Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)/Good Drivers Practices (GDP) for transport rules and regulations

  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma

  • 1 -2 years of experience required in related field

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of information

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of accounting software (i.e., Inspyrus, Concur)

  • Ability to work extended hours as needed

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • College diploma in finance, accounting, business, or another related field
