Job Description
Reporting to the Change, Learning and Communications Senior Manager, IT Planning and Project Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Organizational Change, Learning and Communications (CLC) support. The Change, Learning & Communications Analyst plays a pivotal role in facilitating organizational change, driving learning initiatives, and managing communication strategies. The analyst will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to ensure smooth transitions, foster employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development. This role is based fully onsite out of our Mississauga, ON office location

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
Change Management Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and projects.
Have the ability to work the OCM plan and to get the deliverables out the door according to the plan.
Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide guidance and support to leadership and teams throughout the change process.
Monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Learning and Development Responsibilities:
Design, deliver, and create assessments for learning and development programs that align with organizational project goals and employee needs.
Identify training needs and gaps in skill and knowledge through assessments, surveys, and other feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and materials for training programs that measure up to the project’s success.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Communications Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies, plans and collateral to ensure key messages are effectively communicated to employees.
Create engaging content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and others that align with the communication strategy.
Coordinate town hall meetings, team briefings, and other communication events as needed.
Monitor feedback and sentiment to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in change management, learning and development, and corporate communications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to build professional relationships with senior management, managers and team members alike.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of and experience in instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Familiarity with and experience in various communication tools and platforms.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
5% business travel slated within North America.
