OfficeTeam is working with a prominent company in the financial services industry that offers a flexible schedule for an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant must be willing to work a full-time schedule of about 40 hours/week. The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant are to manage appointments and prepare documents for multiple agents. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls
Greeting clients with a smile
Setting client appointments
Managing multiple calendars
Filing client paperwork
Making copies and scanning documents
The Office Assistant must have the following in order to be considered:
1+ years of administrative or customer service experience
Basic proficiencies in Microsoft Office
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to handle confidential information
Must be able to take direction
