- Answering and directing phone calls professionally
- Managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and distributing correspondence, including emails and letters
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
- Coordinating meetings and conferences, including agenda preparation and minute taking
- Greeting visitors and managing office reception area
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Handling basic data entry and administrative tasks
- Providing support to other team members as needed

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- 1 Year experience (12 months)
