This is a very hands-on position that works closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to deliver exceptional products. Job Summary: The Robotics Systems Service Technician is responsible for the testing, assembly, disassembly, and repair of ScriptPro products while providing a high level of customer service. ScriptPro is a highly technical environment that designs, builds, installs, and supports multiple robotic products that automate pharmacies. This individual will rely upon a combination of instructions from Advanced and Master Robotics Systems Service Technicians, Manager of Manufacturing Repairs, and pre-established guidelines to meet the responsibilities of this position. This role will be measured by completing jobs correctly and on schedule.

Reporting Relationship:Manager, Manufacturing Repairs

Work Schedule:Generally, Monday Friday, 8am 5pm. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro. This is an onsite position. Four 10 hour days can be considered after a period of training.

Scope of the Role:

  • Test returned products, clean returned products, repair products, document findings, and validate the product meets the performance requirements
  • Documentation of all repairs is required, including serial number, RMA number, RMA order and components and labor required for repairs
  • Maintain accuracy of inventory
  • Safeguard test room equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
  • Support after-hours customer stock out requests
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a repair technician in a manufacturing or electronics environment, or equivalent technical school education
  • Good computer skills and experience navigating through databases like Oracle and Siebel
  • Knowledge and experience of proper use of testing equipment including power supplies, multi-meters, calipers, hi-pot testers, and other technically oriented equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the electronics repairs field.
  • Proven record of following structured processes and documented procedures without exception
  • Ability to repair all parts routed through assigned resource center with a documented process and limited assistance
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Collaborative approach to work and team
  • Technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this role has been established at \$21.00 hourly. The final agreed-upon compensation may be higher or lower and is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The above compensation range represents the Companys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensat on at the time of posting.
