We're seeking a Group Billing Specialist to oversee the management and maintenance of customer profiles while ensuring adherence to internal control processes. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be responsible for reconciling monthly payments, addressing discrepancies, and fostering effective communication with internal teams and clients
salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
Manage the setup, maintenance, and updates of customer profiles, ensuring compliance with internal control protocols.
Reconcile monthly payments, promptly identifying any discrepancies and notifying relevant employing units.
Review client discrepancies and communicate them appropriately to the team/client when necessary.
Investigate, process, and resolve inquiries and correspondence from both internal teams and clients.
Prepare and distribute various reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Uphold quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to meet individual and departmental performance objectives.
Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide SLA reports to the team/client.
Deliver training and technical support to new and existing employing units/groups on the billing system.
Document interactions and update employing unit accounts in the system accordingly.
Identify technical issues and collaborate with leadership to create IT tickets for resolution.
Assist the Service Center Manager with special projects and provide backup support to other team members as needed.
Fulfill any additional duties assigned by leadership.
