Aerotek Cnc Mill Machinist in Mishawaka, Indiana
Description:
Precision Machine Shop in Mishawaka, IN is searching for a 1st shift CNC Mill Machinist. This person will be responsible for the production of parts in a job shop.
Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $23 to $24/hr
Job Duties:
Setting up CNC milling equipment (2-3 set up per shift max)
Type: Hurco, Mazak, and HAAS
These are all 3- to 5-axis vertical machine centers.
Reading basic blueprints.
Making adjustments to CNC machinery and touch off tooling
Running metrology checks on parts
Washing completed parts to finish for packing
They are a major supplier to the Aerospace industry. 80% of their business goes to Honeywell facilities in the United States. Due to being in this industry, the dimensional accuracy of these machines are +/-.0002".

Previous manual machining experience
