TEKsystems Servicenow Administrator in Miramar, Florida

Description:

The Senior ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management and support of software by ensuring the environment(s) are right sized and available for the business. The Administrator will partner with peer administrative teams to maintain standards, environment documentation and configuration management. Also, responsible for proactively monitoring of system capacity, utilization, and performance to avoid negative business impact. The Administrator provides support for the environments they support. Specialized Skills and Technologies • 3 years experience with ServiceNow’s self service portal & Employee Center • 2 years experience maintaining ServiceNow Virtual Agent & Natural Language Processing • Prior experience configuring ServiceNow Workspaces • Experience with ITSM Tools, Reporting (ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC, etc.) • Prior experience collecting quantitative & qualitative feedback • Driving implementation of expansion & adoption of self service • ITIL Certified (minimum - Foundation level Version 4) • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite • Continuous Improvement / Process Management experience (Agile, Six Sigma/LEAN, DMS) including relevant certification Primary Responsibilities • 3 years experience with ServiceNow’s self service portal & Employee Center • 2 years experience maintaining ServiceNow Virtual Agent & Natural Language Processing • Prior experience configuring ServiceNow Workspaces • Experience with ITSM Tools, Reporting (ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC, etc.) • Prior experience collecting quantitative & qualitative feedback • Driving implementation of expansion & adoption of self service • ITIL Certified (minimum - Foundation level Version 4) • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite • Continuous Improvement / Process Management experience (Agile, Six Sigma/LEAN, DMS) including relevant certification Preferred Qualifications • Possess industry certification(s) • ITIL Foundation certified Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience • 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure administration • Excellent verbal / written communication skills • Expertise to analyze and solve problems, think outside of the box, and grasp technical concepts • Strong ability to combine information or data to find relationships among seemingly unrelated events • Self-starter / motivated • Delivers results • Change agent • Strong attention to detail • Ability to diagnose when a system or environment has a problem, issue or fault and resolve • Ability to create, read, analyze, and interpret technical diagrams and written procedures • Strong team player who can work across multiple functions • Familiarity with ITIL concepts Agile Delivery Values • Openness – Team and stakeholders agree to be open about all work and challenges • Commitment – Personally commit to achieving the goals of the team • Respect – Respect your team members to be capable and independent • Courage – You have courage to do the right thing and work on tough problems • Focus – Everyone focus on the work in the sprint and the goal of the scrum team.
