Huntington’s Finance and Strategy (F & S) organization is seeking a Transformation Manager to join its Finance Transformation Team. The F & S Transformation team is responsible for driving transformation by identifying opportunities to eliminate unnecessary work, streamline processes, and get the right tools in place to support the needs of F & S.
The Transformation Manager will drive the identification, tracking and implementation of process improvements by working with our F & S partners, mapping processes and through participating in enterprise-wide cross functional projects. This position is accountable for collaborating with Executive leadership, corporate and business line functional leaders to deliver scalable, repeatable, cost-effective and well controlled processes to support F & S. The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical and a strong communicator with the ability to influence key decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of process re-engineering and technology initiatives that will increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across F & S.
Establish and execute upon realistically ambitious project plans to deliver agreed upon objectives and commitments.
Support the creation of complete and accurate key business process mapping documentation.
Build and sustain strong partnerships within lines of business to ensure a deep understanding of the shared needs and potential impacts/risks associated with reengineering efforts. This includes designing solutions to meet critical requirements while balancing the need for consistency, scalability and reliability.
Basic qualifications:
Four-year college degree in Finance, IT, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience.
Strong business and technical acumen and ability to identify and break down complex business problems and develop recommendations.
Excellent customer and business focus, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment; strong facilitation skills.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely and to influence and negotiate on challenging projects.
Ability to multi-task effectively, be a self-starter, deliver to deadlines, handle stress with composure and professionalism.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with large scale systems redesign or implementation initiatives.
Proven track record in Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management and Facilitation methodologies.
Financial services/banking.
CPA, CFA, MBA or advanced degree.

Compensation Range:
$93,000 - $189,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
