Job Title - Print/Bindery Operator and Supervisor
Job Description
Supervisor - Supervise the Bindery Team, ensuring high-quality production and efficient operations. Responsibilities include reading work orders for machine set-up specifications, examining products for defects, adjusting bindery machines, trimming book edges, stitching or gluing bindings, inspecting final products, and performing regular maintenance on bindery equipment.
Operator - The press feeder assists the press operators with loading and unloading the printing press and set up of the machine. Uses a pallet jack or forklift to move raw materials and completed product. Help with maintaining the machine and will support multiple machines and pressman.
Both positions are long term direct placements.

Shift
Supervisor - 2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm (Main facility will be in Bloomington, but will spend some time in Minnetonka facility as well)
If someone is consistently looking for 50-60 hours per week this would not be the right fit for them
Press Helper - 1st shift M-F 6am-2:30pm $23-$25/ht
Press Feeder - (works hand in hand with pressman on 1 machine) This is a night shift role 6pm-6am, 12 hour shifts, but will need to train on 1st shift (this is flexible on timing)
Schedule once on Night shift: The role will either be front half of the week or back half of the week (Client will pick and candidate needs to be open to both going into the interview.) Schedules laid out below.
FRONT HALF: 6pm-6am Sun-Tues 1 week, then week 2 6pm-6am Mon-Wed, then rotates back to week 1 schedule. Some OT available, but standard hours per week would be 36-40. If someone is consistently looking for 50-60 hours per week this would not be the right fit for them
BACK HALF: 6pm-6am Wed-Fri 1 week, then week 2 6pm-6am Thurs-Sat, then rotates back to week 1 schedule. Some OT available, but standard hours per week would be 36-40. If someone is consistently looking for 50-60 hours per week this would not be the right fit for them
