This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve. We are hiring a Sr Dir. Sales in MN. Responsible for leading development and execution of strategies to grow new sales on a National basis. The primary market penetration target being other BCBS plans and other health insurance carriers. Stella Care is an innovative care delivery company looking to accelerate growth focused on the carrier channel. This role will be critical in both growing the organization but also being a part of shaping the future of our businesses as we transform care delivery. After 12 months you will have accomplished following: Learned about Stella Care's strategy for care reinvention Refined existing growth strategy to drive new sales Manage the refinement of sales materials including sales decks, testimonials, pricing strategy and case studies. Complete and begin executing staffing plan for future growth team Established a pipeline of potential client and key contacts In proposal phase with at least 1-2 prospects Identify infrastructure needs to support new sales & account management A Day in the Life Build new carrier relationships - A key measure of success will be to increase the number of carrier relationships through new sales and establishing a contractual relationship. Defining and implementing the carrier sales strategy will be crucial to the short and long-term success of this position. Coordinate and attend carrier conferences - To increase its Affiliate Company's brand awareness among national health insurance carriers, this role is responsible for coordinating and attending carrier conferences. Develop set of standard tools, technologies and practices for handling carrier relationships. Coordinate day-to-day of operational elements of business development activities. Lead a team who will prospect, source, close and handle carrier relationships. Develop supporting materials for business development, including pitch decks and marketing collateral, in coordination with Marketing department. Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree & MBA preferred. Experience selling new innovative care solutions to payers. Experience in sales for palliative care services a bonus. Existing network through prior sales development with key insurance and health system decision makers; preferably Blues organizations. Required Skills and Experiences: Accepting this Sr Dir level position at Stella Care requires signing an Employee Confidentiality, Intellectual Property Assignment and Restrictive Covenants Agreement as a condition of employment. 10+ years of related professional experience, with 3+ years of management experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth Strong ability to build relationships and consensus. Proven track record to hire, develop and retain associates. Executive-level presentation and communication skills. Experience managing complex partner relationships using CRM tools (e. g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
