The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. This position is located at our Minneapolis MN and requires working on-site. The Senior Technical Analyst will take lead on day to day technical operations in our Tech Center. In this position you should have the following: passion for end-user hardware and software, AV, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Technical Analyst role: Provide on-site support to our end-users as a Level 2 analyst, ensuring prompt and courteous technical assistance. Conduct live on-demand assistance Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels prior to events Oversee the technical aspects of live conference room events Ensure all event spaces are equipped with necessary technology Prepare technology in all conference rooms used for all events Coordinate the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for all events Support and facilitate live events and incoming event request Support AV, Conference room technologies and media systems Basic hardware troubleshooting. Example: WIFI, Laptops, and AV equipment. Be able to handle multiple issues and once Manage an effective tier 2 support operation for all conferences Assists in maintaining technology inventory according to defined processes Monitor and report system issue appropriately Monitor and track technology at hoteling cubes What you will need: 3 years of relevant experience such supporting end-user hardware and software required Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals. Usage of support ticketing systems preferred.
