UMPhysicians Senior RN Program Manager (Deep Brain Stimulation) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

We provide the latest, most effective treatments for various forms of Neurological conditions.Our Neurosciences team, in combination with our specialized providers, nurses, pharmacists, dedicated programs and facilities, makes a comprehensive treatment plan for our patients. From a comprehensive intake to in-clinic procedures to planning next steps, our team members are trained to facilitate the best experience for our patients. This position specifically supports the Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) program. What you will do as a Senior RN Program Manager: In conjunction with program leadership, assists in the development of program materials aimed at educating referring physicians, patients and family on service offerings and excellence Facilitates promotion of services by returning calls/communication, speaking to the unique services.Service as the primary resource of information for M Health Fairview Programs Abstracts, reports and participates in tracking quality and service metrics.Actively engages in quality and service improvement activities aimed at program excellence Provide input and assists in the development of marketing materials and ensure web and related marketing tools are updated In conjunction with Surgeons, may be called to co-speak in educational presentations/events and to referring physicians Ensures a clear understanding and documentation of post-program care needs/plans, in support of on-going care provided by PCP in support of long-term patient care needs Continuously work to improve work processes, environment, and the overall experience to serve customers and meet business goals Coordinates staff orientation and training while assisting in providing education training and orientation to new and existing staff Provides observations and assists with testing for competency regarding performance, conduct and behavior for performance management Completes pre-visit planning and care coordination, assisting the patient in navigatingnecessary appointments and/or treatment plans to optimize patient health and experience What you will need: Active Minnesota RN License 2+ years of RN Care Coordination/Case Management experience Experience in a Lead or Supervisory role Experience with EPIC Location: M Health Fairview Clinic and Surgery Center - 909 Fulton St. SE Minneapolis, MN 55455 Hours: 40 hours/week Benefits: This is a benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, Healthcare (including vision & dental), 401K, parking & tuition assistance and more!
