Job Description
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead and manage remediation activities for our IAM programs. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of IAM initiatives, including developing and managing the project and resource plans. You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful migration of applications to approved IAM methods, with a key milestone of completion by April. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide regular communication and status updates to enterprise stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on progress and any potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM remediation activities.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
Ensure timely migration of applications to approved IAM methods.
Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are met within the specified timeframe.
Identify and mitigate risks to the project’s success.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to drive results. Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing IAM projects and remediation activities.
Strong project management skills with a focus on resource and timeline management.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Experience in delivering complex IT projects with tight deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
