We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Manager in Minnesota, USA. This role is outstanding for MedTech professionals determined to broaden their knowledge/skillset, while driving the timely quality delivery, account growth, building relationships & enhancing the client’s trust in our partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Delivery performance and excellence on their perimeter
Build client relationship – walk the floor (at client office) & gain client trust.
Maintain & enhance program revenue & profitability.
Expand Business scope and contribute to business transformation with high client satisfaction.
Organization development: recruitment, knowledge building, mentoring & retention
Collaborate with various cross functional teams to leverage & induct right expertise on domain, technology, regulatory and compliance.
Effective program operation: Status report, risk identification & mitigation, client & internal review meetings, managing with budget & exceed program profitability, taking the relationship to next level of partnership.
Required Skills:
10 years of working experience in IT industry, to manage & drive programs.
4 years of experience in medical devices/ life sciences domain in delivery with last 2 years as engagement manager.
Technical working experience in SW application development for medical devices using Microsoft Technologies (C#, .Net, Microservices, DevOps)
Team management is essential criteria; managing a team of engineers across geographies in medical devices program is expected.
Excellent client interaction & engagement skills
Team building work experience e.g. working with talent acquisition team, recruitment, knowledge building, and retention.
