Senior Product Designer Position Overview Our Financial client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. Key Responsibilities Lead the design process for new and existing products, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design intent and functionality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX and digital design, and apply them to enhance our design processes. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product design or UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Extensive knowledge of how to leverage a design system and to push the boundaries of the design system to achieve product and user goals Agile experience Salesforce knowledge or experience In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
