Position Overview Are you ready to make a real impact? As our Senior HR Workforce Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You'll lead analytics initiatives, guide our leadership with your expertise, and collaborate across teams to drive our organizational performance and growth initiatives. This role can be based at our corporate offices in Bloomington, MN or Marshall, MN. Key Responsibilities + Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive workforce planning strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives. + Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs. + Foster strong partnerships with HR business partners, department leaders, and other key stakeholders. + Communicate workforce insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to support strategic decision-making. + Help elevate team members skills and ability to leverage reporting tools that are available. + Design, develop, and maintain HR metrics and analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. + Provide regular reports and presentations to HR leadership, highlighting key workforce trends, challenges, and opportunities. + Ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce data, utilizing various HR systems and tools. Preferred Qualifications + 5+ years of experience as Workforce Planning Analyst or similar role, with a focus on training. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data. + Proficiency in HRIS systems, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts. + Knowledge of best practices in workforce planning, talent management, and training.
