Summary We are looking for a talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer with light copywriting duties to join our growing marketing team. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director and sales teams, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand materials while fostering creativity and innovation. This role will be pivotal in shaping a cohesive visual identity across multiple sales teams and field offices and ensuring high-quality design solutions that align with our brand strategy and business goals. Key Responsibilities Design Creation and Asset Management: Create high-quality visual designs for a range of projects, including print and digital materials, branding, email campaigns and social media content. Update existing collateral to conform with recent brand refresh. Create a system to track evergreen and campaign collateral. Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive and engaging copy for marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts and website content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences. Quality Assurance: Review and edit copy for grammar, clarity and adherence to brand voice before final production. Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards. Template Development: Design and implement standardized templates for various marketing materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to use. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective template designs that meet brand guidelines. Training and Support: Develop training materials and workshops to educate internal stakeholders on how to effectively use templates, where applicable. Provide ongoing support to team members and internal stakeholders in utilizing design tools and templates. Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design and copywriting, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. Proven portfolio showcasing strong design work alongside effective copy. Skills: Expertise/Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express) and other design software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong writing skills with a solid understanding of tone, voice and style for various audiences. Excellent project management abilities with ability to meet deadlines. Attributes: Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through both design and copy. Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams. Work Environment This is a hybrid position requiring three in-office days weekly. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
