For more information, click here .Role reports to: VP, Mass & ClubLocation: Minneapolis, MNTravel %: up to 25%Pay: USD $168,000 - $289,000What you will doThe Senior Director, Customer Development, Target is responsible for the P&L for the Target customer team, whose combined activities, direction, and business results have a significant impact on Kenvue. The Senior Director drives alignment between top level decision makers at Target, and within Kenvue, while recognizing the national impact of strategies implementedKey ResponsibilitiesLeads the strategy development of the Customer Business Planning ProcessLeads the Target customer team's efforts across multiple business units to achieve forecast, profitability and strategic planSets strategy and objectives to achieve departmental goalsDevelops annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectivesRecommend and establish sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysisBalance delivery of short- and long-term resultsDrive strategic alignment between top level decision-makers at Target, and within Kenvue, while recognizing the national impact of strategies implementedBuild relationships with and grow and leverage internal resources to benefit Target and KenvueDirect implementation and execution of sales policies and practicesDirect sales department in attainment of targets and objectivesImplement approved sales and distribution strategiesTalent and performance management of the customer team, while developing high performing leaders to meet succession planning requirements for the futureWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsMust possess a bachelor's degreeMinimum of 12 years prior experience in Consumer Sales, with comprehensive knowledge of the consumer products industry (brand strategies, competitive products, channels) requiredProven experience working with the Target customer teamMinimum of 8 years of people management experience requiredLeadership experience across Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management and/or Sales OperationsExperience with financial business models and budgets; P&L managementProven track record of developing high-performing, multi-functional teams requiredDesired QualificationsExperience in finance, operations, marketing, and marketplace intelligence is strongly preferredMBA, Master's Degree, or equivalent degree is highly preferredWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $168,000 to $289,000.
