We offer five core solutions:Organizational StrategyAssessment and SuccessionTalent AcquisitionLeadership DevelopmentRewards and BenefitsJob descriptionThe RoleThe role comprises the dual elements of training facilitation and SME support for development of our client training products.The facilitation role delivers instructor led and virtual classroom training to our clients across the Leadership and Professional Development portfolio of leadership, sales, customer service and project management learning and performance improvement products.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with the internal and client stakeholders to prepare for delivery of training events covering factors such as set up of virtual platforms, timings, materials, and virtual producersAttend pre-session briefings with the virtual producer to agree roles to ensure a seamless and high-quality learning experience for participantsLink business issues to personal on-the-job experiences to underpin behavioral changeManage group dynamics, and the learning environment, to direct the flow of discussions towards learning objectivesDeliver virtual events on a range of virtual platforms including Zoom, Adobe Connect, MS Teams, and Webex TrainingProvide feedback on program delivery to inform continuous improvement of our learning productsThe SME role supports learning product development of Korn Ferry's diverse portfolio of leadership, sales, customer service and project management learning and performance improvement products. The SME will apply evidence-informed behavior change methodologies to create online modules, in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions, training guides, and supporting learning and performance reinforcement content. They will use strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to produce effective and high-quality learning experiences in a range of modalities.Key responsibilities:Work with Product Managers and other stakeholders to research and identify learning and performance needs and the learning and performance environment.Select and/or modify existing instructional materials to create new solutions.Design, write, revise, and develop learning solutions using sound instructional design processes, in collaboration with the Product Development team, within defined scope, timeline, and budget.Select and use a variety of techniques for determining instructional content such as activities, videos, practice simulations, application games, assessments and reinforcement tools for both formal and informal learning environments.Design, write, revise, and develop comprehensive ILT, vILT, eLearning and blended learning solutions including facilitator and participant materials, scripts, coaching guides, and supplemental materials.Collaborate with internal, contract and vendor multimedia and eLearning development and editorial teams to execute on designs.Build and maintain productive working relationships with Product Management, design and development partners, SMES, and vendors.Qualifications, experience and skills:A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum 5 years' experience involving learning facilitation / instructional design of behavior change or performance improvement learning solutions.Experience in sales skill development and/or project management skill development and/or leadership development.Knowledge & application of evidence-informed learning theory and practice required.Experience in building comprehensive skill-development curricula and supporting managerial and organizational chan
