Adecco US, Inc. Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator ! This role is remote / work from home. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Six - month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm EST with OT possible

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 a hour based on experience

Responsibilities of the Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator:

· Provide exceptional customer service

· Manage administrative intake and data entry for clinical team of membership

· Work with providers and / or the clinical team to manage request for LTSS, HCBS and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements

· Receive care coordination notification cases for non - clinical assessment / intervention and provide appropriate triage related to LTSS/HCBS/EVV

· Assist the clinical staff/members/providers with setting up documents for EVV requirement/ triage cases

· Process and distribute custom reports to providers and clinical staff

· Multitasking with multiple platforms and applications

· Inbound / outbound phone calls to members/workers/caregivers/providers and other internal departments to assist with EVV and documentation requirements.

Qualifications for the Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator:

Minimum:

· High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

· 1+ years of experience using the telephone and computer as primary instruments including Microsoft Teams

· 1+ years of healthcare administration and / or business administration experience

· Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort, filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)

Preferred:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

· Experience with medical terminology or medical research experience.

· Claims and/or healthcare insurance experience.

· Bilingual English and Spanish
