Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with our client in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst, with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance and strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, analyze complex data sets, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Requirements for candidate in this role:

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights that drive business performance and optimize processes.

  • Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks and impacts associated with proposed solutions or changes and work proactively to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs and functional specifications that align with business objectives, technical architecture, and best practices.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external partners to foster collaboration, facilitate communication, and drive consensus on project priorities and deliverables.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation, and collaborate with internal teams to implement scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
