RBC Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence Service in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Senior Business Intelligence role engaging with business partners on data analysis projects; data engineering, comprehensive data analysis solutions including product/service adoption and utilization measurement, business opportunity recognition and surfacing, predictive and prescriptive modeling, comprehensive description measurement in support of business growth initiatives. What will you do? Analytics development working closely with senior leaders and head office departments to develop data driven analytical insights. Use Snowflake, SQL, Python and Tableau to uncover answers for questions and discover insights. Develop measures and metrics for evaluating and tracking impact and effectiveness for company initiatives. Continually look for new ways to develop tools and information that helps the business to measure and improve its processes and drive value for RBC clients and shareholders. Ensure all day to day operations and tools supported by BIS are operating and current to specifications. What do you need to succeed? Must-haves 5+ years financial services experience BA/BS or equivalent work experience (4+ years) 5+ years experience with relational databases. A self-starter with high energy and a driven curiosity to go beyond the obvious and provide ideas for innovation Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage several key projects at the same time Premier communication skills - can match a message to an audience, can read the room, and is diplomatic when communicating difficult messages. Nice-to-have Wealth management sector experience Snowflake, Python, or Tableau certification or equivalent experience Experience or certification in database administration, accounting or other data-intensive areas What's in it for you?
