Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager Key Accounts in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Minneapolis/St. Paul site is looking for a new Customer Care Manager, Key Accounts to join our Sea Logistics team.

Your Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining the customer relationship within North America. with one of our largest corporate partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will maintain and build customerrelationship within North America

  • Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of customer’s business and associatedsupply chain requirements

  • You will Drive operational excellence and improvement with all involved (internal andexternal parties via regularly scheduled reviews)

  • Act as intermediary between Kuehne + Nagel organization and customer

  • You will Proactively lead/own discussions and work with customer and sales and CustomerCare Location.

  • Develop new business opportunities by analyzing existing operationalcapabilities and client relationships (e.g. cost-savings programs).

  • Act as escalation point for customer for any issues, and drive resolution/corrective action. Provide root-cause analysis, drive continuous improvement andexecution of solutions regionally as well as globally.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 3 years' experience in freight forwarding industry

  • 3 years' experience in Customer Service

  • You have the ability to travel to Detroit, MI during your second week of employment to attend in person Sea Logistics Training

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You have the ability to work onsite Monday - Friday
