Summary: Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Scheduler II in Solar with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Support supervision through the preparation, monitoring, and updating of area schedules; and assisting site management to formulate action plans to correct scheduling problems Draft and computerize schedule network diagrams, monitoring and eliminating potential problems Qualifications: Minimum two years construction scheduling experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience Experience as a Project Engineer is preferred Must be proficient in P6 Construction operations experience strongly preferred Thorough knowledge of diversified schedule engineering systems, principles and practices Proven ability, creativity, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems essential Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to seek innovative solutions Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion Excellent oral and written communication skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field Visa sponsorship is not approved for this position #LI-GB1 Mortenson is an EOE/Affirmative Action/M/F/Veteran/Disabled employer.
