We are seeking an ERP Project & Engagement Management lead within the Technology Department. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the business and the leadership team to drive EAG's SAP Project & Engagement Management solution. You will have the ability to design effective solution in Project & Engagement Management space, execute efficiently and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to motivate and influence without overt authority, while building relationships among the business units, IT leaders, and IT vendors to deliver projects and systems that meet EAG's enterprise quality standards. You will focus on Business Transformation, Business Process Optimization, Solution Building & Enhancement, Support of SAP S/4 HANA for professional services for the office of the CTO. Work with Business Engagement Lead, Service Lines and Finance Team to understand and optimize the process using Automations and Artificial Intelligence. Ensure successful delivery of Integrated S/4HANA (ERP) system solutions and other supporting applications. Build, lead and manage a team, along with the associated processes to deliver on Project & Engagement Management initiatives across EAG SAP S/4 HANA platform. Ability to design and deliver integrated solution with industry best practices of SAP S4HANA Cloud solution. Good understanding of financial data, accounting entries and pricing procedure. This Role is expected to provide the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed Project & Engagement Management solution architecture and implementation. Work closely with business leadership to design and deliver best in class solution. The position will work closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving as leader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the Project & Engagement Management solution capabilities to support the efficient running and growth of our organization. Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or equivalent degree in Info mation Systems, Computer Science, or engineering. 10+ years in delivering and supporting in large scale ERP / SAP Implementation with continuous improvements in a professional services industry with full life cycle implementations. Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP Project & Engagement Management application delivery in professional services and accounting industry. Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Experience in professional services processes for Project & Engagement & Billing processes including integrations with financial systems. Should be expert in Functional Architecture Design Analysis.
