Robert Half International Sales Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are currently searching for a proficient and self-motivated Sales Assistant to help support a successful team in the sales department. A self-starter who wants the potential to grow could thrive in this role! As the Sales Assistant, be prepared to assist with a variety of administrative tasks and act as the liaison for the sales team and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining compassion and professionalism while interacting with customers

  • Aiding the sales department with the promotion of company products and services

  • Producing sales reports, communications, and proofreading documents

  • Assisting to coordinate orders and ensure completion of the process

  • Supporting sales teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

  • Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions

  • Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Sales and Administrative experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and tasks

  • Previous experience coordinating projects

  • Ability to work well with all internal personnel, outside clients and vendors

  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
