Fairview Health Services RN- Registered Nurse in Minneapolis, Minnesota

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $36.50 - $47 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the Transitional Care/Long term care residents’ physical and emotional well-being for Jones- Harrison Skilled Nursing Facility building in Minneapolis, MN!

Nursing schedule includes;

  • Full-time; 64 hours in two weeks

  • Evening shifts

  • Every other weekend Sat/Sunday and holiday rotation

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

  • Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

  • RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:

  • Current MN RN license or by start date

  • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpractice

  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
