Apply for Job Job ID365935 LocationTwin Cities Job FamilySupplemental Employee Full/Part TimePart-Time Regular/TemporaryRegular Job Code0001 Employee ClassCivil Service Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job About the Job Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Lab Manager and PIs, this person will help with data management and analysis for the Minnesota Tic and Compulsivity (MnTiC) Lab at the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain (MIDB). Ongoing research projects in the lab include studies to better understand and improve current treatments for tic disorders and OCD in child, adolescent and young adult populations. Studies involve behavioral therapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), neuroimaging, behavioral assessments and video tasks. Tasks will include those listed below: * Software assistance * Utilizing APIs to run automation clips for study cameras * Conducting data manipulation including file conversion. * Creating data analysis programs * Creating data and folder organization automation scripts * Website development with tools including Django * Python, CSS, HTML Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with related experience. Coursework in computer science and neuroscience. Experience working in research. Proficiency in Python. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in managing APIs. Experience conducting human subjects research. About the Department This position is located in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
