PAC is seeking a FT Registered Dietitian to work in a positive work environment with a team of supportive professionals. The RD will collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment and support to clients through group facilitation, individual client sessions, consultation, staffing, and care coordination.
Essential Functions
- Facilitate IOP (Intensive Out Patient) and OP (Out Patient) client groups in topics relevant to nutrition health in the realm of SUD treatment and recovery
· Collaborate with the Medical Services team in assisting clients work toward independently managing their overall medical and nutritional health
· Develop and expand current nutrition curriculum for IOP and OP client group facilitation
· Conduct individual nutrition assessment sessions with clients to address specific nutritional needs during the SUD recovery process
· Record and document all individual and group sessions according to Park Avenue Center and Procentive policies
Must demonstrate competence in working with clients with co-occurring disorders; through education, training, and experience
Ability to work in alignment with company values, goals, policies and procedures
Knowledge of MN Statute Chapter 245G and licensing and its application to the department and company's policy and procedures; or ability to obtain knowledge after hire
Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with co-workers
Ability to maintain excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Procentive software program; or ability to obtain proficiency after training
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Must be licensed in good-standing as a Dietitian in the state of Minnesota
Must obtain and maintain required continuing education units and training
Must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding hire

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position, working Monday through Friday, days.
Flexible work schedules are available including working 4-10 hours days.
