Genesis10 is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a contract with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Early Careers team. This role focuses on recruiting support for high-volume and entry-level positions, assisting our recruiters in sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. As a key contributor to our Talent Acquisition efforts, you'll play an integral role in shaping our workforce and supporting hiring managers. This is a hybrid position offering a mix of remote and on-site work. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Screening: Qualify candidates for high-volume and entry-level positions (internal and external). Screen and select candidates for hiring leaders using sound decision-making principles. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting quality, time, and satisfaction metrics. Talent Sourcing: Attract talent through resume mining, sourcing, and proactive outreach. Support additional openings as directed, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines. Team Collaboration: Contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects. Represent the Talent Acquisition team at events like new hire orientation and other company initiatives. Event Representation: Represent the organization at career fairs and college recruiting events to attract emerging talent. Required Basic Qualifications: 1-3 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Workday Recruiting. Why Join Us?
