The firm will consider candidates with a minimum book of business valued at $250,000. The firm offers a uniquely autonomous culture where hours billed and rates are really up to each individual. The firm supports clients with transactional needs and has experts in: Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Outside General Counsel, Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning, Intellectual Property.

Requirements
• Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must have a license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Demonstrable experience in the field of Commercial Real Estate law
• Proven track record of handling Real Estate transactions
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
