Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Oversees the operational functions and strategies of corporate programs. Manages activities through senior managers and managers and implements corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets. What will you do? Evaluating and providing guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; developing strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals. Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors. Designing, establishing and monitoring the program's project management goals. Collaborating with business executives on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities. What's in it for you? Must have: Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project. Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities. A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry. Demonstrated ability to manage budget for large, complex, cross functional projects. Strong demonstrated ability to communicate and report to stakeholders up to the executive level. Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Nice-to-have: Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses What's in it for you?
