Wells Fargo Product Manager - Advice Tools and Models in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

About this role:

The Product Manager - Advice Tools and Models is responsible for supporting the development of LifeSync advice and planning tools and models, including integration with enterprise systems, platforms and processes. This role resides in the Advice & Planning organization in the Advice Enablement group.

Our group drives the ideation, development and delivery of innovative capabilities and seamlessly connected experiences, enabling the LifeSync process and a unique connection to clients' lives during their journey through all stages of the Advice Framework.

This important role presents an exciting opportunity to build game-changing technology and digital experiences for Wells Fargo clients and employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development of LifeSync tools and models, including the development, support and maintenance of models and data-driven advice capabilities.

  • Support the strategy, development and delivery of client facing planning tools.

  • Support ongoing collaboration and integration with enterprise AI and insights teams, platforms and models

  • Provide support for product life cycle management.

  • Present recommendations to resolve more complex situations and exercise independent judgment.

  • Develop, implement and maintain products.

  • Adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies.

  • Collaborate and consult with project teams, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to make decisions

  • Experience with or knowledge of financial markets, and financial products, their uses and characteristics

  • Experience understanding, capturing, and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes

  • Success in managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams within a large organization

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Outstanding problem solving skills

  • Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines

  • Strong PowerPoint experience

Job Expectations:
