Job Summary Assists corporate attorneys and paralegal manager with legal tasks and activities to support and protect the organization. Has expert organizational knowledge and deep understanding of the operational environment. Job Description Assisting corporate legal attorneys in resolving routine legal issues by providing administrative support. Conducting legal tasks, such as research and drafting, under the supervision of corporate legal attorneys. Maintaining repositories of legal documentation and databases.
