Description Robert Half Marketing + Creative has an exciting opportunity for a Paid Social Specialist to join their team as a full time contractor. Must have Paid Social experience and ecommerce as well!

The Paid Social Specialist is a vital part of our digital team. This person will not only lead development of paid social marketing strategies but will also create and monitor the day-to-day performance of these campaigns. The candidate will execute paid media tactics, optimize campaigns, manage budgets, analyze data, extrapolate insights, and make real-time recommendations based on campaign results. The ability to work as part of a team and identify excellence in creative is critical, as is attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.

Primary Responsibilities

Campaign & Program Management

• Contribute to overarching digital objectives and strategies with a paid social lens, incorporating business goals and analytics, technology solutions, testing plans, creative optimization, measurement and integration

• Develop tactical paid social plans, including targeting/segmentation, personalization: optimal creative and messaging, platform priorities, testing plans, flighting, measurement plan and required budget

• Partner with internal team and clients as needed to manage strategies and activation across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Nextdoor, AdWords) and maximize performance, innovation, content effectiveness

• Conduct measurable, connected A/B tests on ad copy/creative

• Ensure campaigns hit target audience and are optimized for cost and performance

• Pilot new paid social platforms, native platform beta offerings, and first-to-market features

• Day-to-day budget management, campaign pacing, and partner management

• Design campaign presentations highlighting results, insights, and opportunities

• On the pulse of tech capabilities to evaluate and industry innovations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience

• 2+ years of hands-on, execution-based paid social and display experience

• Experience working for consultancy, agency, or client-side execution

• Native platform experience on: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, Twitter, TikTok, Nextdoor, AdWords/YouTube

• Excellent time management skills with ability to follow through by prioritizing multiple tasks
