Job Title: Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level office professional skilled in data entry, account management, logistics, and customer service. This role is ideal for a college graduate early in their professional career with a background in account management or logistics. You will be ready to learn and grow in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders

  • Communicate with customers through email and minimal phone work

  • Work directly with the sales team to understand their needs and provide assistance

  • Assist the production team and step in to help as needed

  • Help manage inventory for the office and production teams

  • Use Sage for internal systems, with training provided in the first few weeks

Essential Skills

  • Experience in data entry, administrative tasks, inventory, customer service, and order entry

  • Past experience in dealing with customers, particularly in account management

  • Background in the industrial or manufacturing industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • ERP experience (Sage) is a plus but not required

  • Experience in logistics, operations, customer service, and customer support

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role offers a long-term growth opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious professional.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
