Robert Half Operational Support Administrator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Robert Half a leader in specialized contract and permanent placement currently has two contract-to-hire opportunities in the Twin Cities. This opportunity will start remote, may require some in person training and will eventually be a hybrid setup.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting sales/recruiting professionals.

  • Partnering with other staffing support teammates to meet practice area and other overall needs.

  • Coordinating candidate onboarding and compliance.

  • Preparing candidate resumes for client submittal process.

  • Assisting with I9s, background checks, skill assessments, pre-placement documents, timesheets, payroll/billing adjustments, etc.

  • Providing customer support to internal staffing teams and to our clients and candidates.

  • Running and/or creating various reports and spreadsheets.

  • Partnering with a support team to answer incoming calls from our customers.

  • Partnering to achieve branch goals and objectives.

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.

  • Team player who is organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

  • Ability and willingness to work both independently and collaboratively to complete tasks and projects timely.

  • Flexibility and initiative to seek out and to dive into all team support needs.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Ability and desire to learn new software that is needed to support the teams in various areas.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communications skills.

  • Administrative experience with an interest towards working in administration, recruiting, human resources and/or sales.
