Strategic Responsibilities Collaborate on digital creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives, bringing ideas to life through animation and motion graphics. Drive creative innovation by developing storyboards, visual concepts, and animation strategies that captivate and engage audiences. Contribute to brand consistency and cohesion across projects, ensuring that motion design reinforces the broader brand strategy. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design and animate video, digital, and social media assets, aligning visuals with campaign goals and brand standards. Create, review, and refine storyboards and animations, maintaining quality and providing constructive feedback to enhance project output. Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to build cohesive, visually engaging experiences across digital touchpoints. Utilize UI motion and prototype design to enhance user interfaces, ensuring dynamic and user-friendly motion applications. Organize and manage project timelines, adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and video animation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator; foundational knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus. Skilled in animation and video editing, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and user interface motion design. Ability to think critically, with a keen eye for detail and time management skills to handle dynamic project demands. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide and incorporate feedback effectively. *Please share relevant portfolio quality work with application.
